And the Winner is...

"Citizen Havel" (1. Winner Doc Alliance Award)

On 15 November 2009 the newly-created "DOK Alliance Award" has been given to the film Citizen Havel by Pavel Koutecký and Miroslav Janek within CPH:DOX, The Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival. The international jury was built by Leena Pasanen (FIN), Petter Mettler (CAN, CH) and Thomas Kufus (D). The award is endowed with prize money of 5.000 Euros.
